Charles Way is a licensed salesperson with Howard Hann/Rand Realty, working out of the Wayne office.  He comes to the real estate industry after spending 20 years in the National Football League as a player and a two time Super Bowl Champion executive with the New York Giants, and five years in the financial services industry.  His experience working at an elite level allows him to deliver championship quality service for you, your family, and business.

Charles' influence extends beyond his professional career.  As a resident in the Northern New Jersey area, Charles has been very active in his community, having served as the Northern New Jersey spokesperson for the United Way, The Starlight Foundation and Susan G. Komen North Jersey.  Along with his wife and four daughters who love this area, Charles believes that one should always include making a positive impact in their community.
